With over 25 years' experience, Miles Dewhurst can offer a bespoke service to Holiday Park Owners and Operators. Following the sale of Park Leisure in 2017, Miles continued as CEO for a further two years until early 2019 when he felt it was the right time for new leadership and an opportunity for him to seek pastures new. In this business Miles specialised in park acquisition, organic growth, operational and sales opportunities.

Miles has been involved in an incredibly successful portfolio of parks, described as the very highest of quality throughout the industry. He is proud of the high praise and knows how unique it is to receive outstanding results on such a large collection of parks. He continually demonstrates the ability to push boundaries for design and implementation. I first began working with Miles way back in 1999. As that is twenty years ago you would be forgiven for thinking his energy may have reduced - well that's not the case as his energy levels are as high as ever. However these energy levels can be applied with in excess of 20 years' experience making him a truly valuable member of any team or group operating in the holiday caravan or lodge sector. I have worked with Miles as a client on various Planning Applications , Rent Reviews, Valuations, Acquisitions and Sales of holiday parks. I have always found him be straight forward and to the point. Waffle and procrastination are not adjectives you will find in the same sentence as one describing Miles Dewhurst. He takes an absolute commercial approach to everything he does but he is not without a creative or sympathetic side to his character and this is clearly visible when looking at the parks he has had a major hand in designing or laying out for the next generation of caravan and lodge owners
